Extended Stay America Suites - Austin - Northwest Arboretum

The room was very comfortable and clean, although clearly not new. We stayed 5 nights for medical appointments and visiting friends. The location is good for accessing freeways, although the traffic is intense no matter which direction you venture - but that is more Austin than the location of the hotel. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We felt safe in the area at and near the hotel. The staff was helpful and always available.

TERRAYE was extraordinarily helpful, very efficient and provided customer service with a beautiful smile. Elsa also was an excellent front desk person. With the power outages in Austin, they were both wonderful in making my stay comfortable.

issac was very professional and courteous. He represented your company and property very well. the flooring and paint in the room was new and very clean. The location was perfect for our plans to enjoy activities at the Domain

It was super clean and quiet....

I believe that this is the best value stay under $100.00 around.
